BMO Bank Joining Delta Shores: We are excited to share that BMO Bank will be moving into the shopping plaza! We are waiting on specific timelines and location details, so please stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
Raising Cane’s Status Update: Raising Cane’s recently requested a modification to its application to allow drive-thru operations past the city-mandated 10:00 PM ordinance. This request was denied, and Raising Cane’s chose not to appeal the decision.
The Association has not received any notification from the City or Raising Cane’s representatives indicating that the project has been canceled, so we will continue to monitor the situation and share updates as we get them.
Quick Quack Car Wash Proposal: A representative from Quick Quack Car Wash attended our last Association meeting to inform residents that they have begun the initial application process to build a location near Chick-fil-A.
The Quick Quack project is in its infancy, but preliminary plans have been shared with the Association.
Neighbors have rightfully expressed concerns about traffic congestion in the shopping area, and the Association is committed to working closely with Quick Quack, the City, and all involved parties to find the best possible solutions.
Quick Quack is now required to submit a comprehensive traffic plan to the City for formal review.
